The first step is to assess the current condition of the parking garage and identify the source of the leak or crack. Wise Cracks will look for any signs of water infiltration or damage, as well as any existing cracks or leaks. we will then use specialized tools such as moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras to identify the exact location of the leak or crack.

Once the source of the leak or crack has been identified, we will take steps to repair or seal it. If the leak is caused by a crack in the concrete, we mayuse Wise Seal ® to seal the crack and prevent further water infiltration.

If the leak is caused by a failure in a waterproofing membrane or sealant, we will remove the damaged membrane or sealant and apply a new one.
